The bilingual Keep Me Safe application allows patients with cancer to check side effects that are specific to their cancer treatment: chemo, radio- or palliative care.
In a world first this information can be shared with next of kins who can actively support the safety of the patient undergoing treatment, who may be too poorly or distressed to realise that they require help.
This app is administered by Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board. Patients will be invited to participate and require a unique code to access the app.
